Return&Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange a product I purchased online?
We provide 100% refund policy. belongtoyo.com strives to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return them to us by contacting our customer care team within 15 days of the delivery date, a representative will create a return authorization and give you further instructions for completing the return process.
For customers who only want to exchange: We will send you the requested item at no shipping cost charge to you.
Please read carefully the return conditions we listed below:
1) Wrong product or visual defect
In the event of wrong color, type, visual defect, etc, we will compensate as shown in the table above.
2) Damage during shipping
If the item is damaged during shipping, we will also compensate as shown in table.
3) Lost of item during shipping
If your items are loss in transit, we will provide compensation for your lost items per order irrespective of whether it is combined or not.
4) Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. Please allow up to four weeks to have your refund processed; then your bank or credit card company could take up to 5 business days to have the payment processed.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.
