1.Where can I get the shipping status of my order?

When your order has been despatched you will receive an email from us with tracking details. You will also receive updates from our delivery partner throughout the delivery journey.

2.How do I return my purchase?

3.Do you have a sizing chart?

Each product has a size range for customer to choose.

4.The Item I want appears to be out of stock

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand, some highly popular items may run out of stock. Our focus is on keeping up with latest fashion, and our products are only available while stocks last.
If you see something you like that seems to be out of stock, please contact our customer service – they would love to help you find a suitable alternative.

5.Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All products come with a warranty. Please keep receipt of your purchase for warranty claims and contact our aftersale service so they can resolve any problem you have.

6.Is there somewhere I can go to view the product prior to purchasing?

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store and for safety reasons we cannot allow customers in the warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the products, please do not hesitate to call the Customer Service team.
